Quebec Investor Program
The Federal Government cap of 700 Business Investor applications for this year does not apply to the Quebec Investor Program.
Quebec Investor Program applicants must show that they are capable of becoming economically established in Canada and have the intention of settling in the Province of Quebec. Successful applicants will receive a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ - Québec Selection Certificate), the official document issued by the Gouvernement du Québec. Upon receipt of the Québec Selection Certificate, the applicant must submit an applicant to the Federal Government for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa.
Eligibility Criteria for Quebec Investor Program
- Applicants must have legally accumulated net worth of at least CAD $1.6 million.
- Applicants must have a minimum of three years of business management experience within the last 5 years.
- Applicants must deposit CAD $800,000/- with the Government of Quebec for 5 years at 0% Rate of Interest. The total money is refunded back after 5 years without any interest. Financing of this loan is available through Canadian Banks. (As an Authorized Immigration Advisor with Desjardins Bank and Scotia Bank, we can assist you in obtaining financing for this loan.)
- Fluency in English or French is not required under this Program.
